Super-Centaur: data health, financial health, structural sovereignty
This page is the human companion to p31-super-centaur-pack.json (p31.superCentaurStarterPack/1.0.0). It stitches together what the repo already defines: Ring D SUPER-CENTAUR mesh proxy, MAP monetary pipeline, and Ring A p31ca sovereignty contracts — without merging deploys.

Structural sovereignty
TOPOLOGY + CONTRACT, NOT ONE GOD SERVER

- Planetary onboard persists welcome metadata; p31-welcome-packages.json drives copy and dock defaults.
- p31.personalTetra/1.0.0 — four docks (Structure, Connection, Rhythm, Creation) on each personal agent.
- p31.hubFusion/1.0.0 — k4-hubs roster + symmetric four-channel energy reads (add
?hub=on mesh-start). - Cognitive Passport — human advocacy slice; complements machine profile in DO state.

The monetary work package (CWP-P31-MAP-2026-01) describes pay-in on
phosphorus31.org, donate-api Worker webhooks, Discord / Genesis fan-out,
durable event logging goals, and operator export. p31ca links to programs; it does not host checkout (MAP A4).

Production Centaur registers meshProxy(app) before local routes; dev skips proxy so local handlers win. Auth paths vs p31-bouncer may need alignment — see SC CWP Phase 3.
Operator checklist (condensed)
- Read P31-ROOT-MAP.md — which ring you are editing (p31ca vs phosphorus31.org).
- Structural: Delta narrative → Onboard → Mesh start.
- Data: deploy or probe k4-personal + k4-hubs; copy CWP-30/mesh-bridge.ts into SUPER-CENTAUR (D-SC1–D-SC2).
- Finance: follow MAP §2 as-built; run verify-monetary-surface.mjs when touching donate paths.
- Inventory: keep one host list — ECO R8 / SC D-SC7 must not fork (see ECO CWP R9).
