Tonight (~25 min)
- Confirm Wi‑Fi; open p31ca.org on one phone or laptop.
- Household bookmarks: hub, delta (why mesh), connect, BONDING.
- Each person: pick a welcome path → onboard → /start (mesh-start).
- Optional adults: Cognitive Passport (advocacy JSON, not a medical record).
- Privacy line: personal agent data stays in k4-personal until you explicitly bridge to the family cage.

Welcome packages → onboard
Opens the picker with the right tone; then finish phases and land on mesh-start.
| Package | Onboard URL |
|---|---|
| Kid / teen | …?welcome=kid |
| Adult · solo | …?welcome=adult |
| Parent / caregiver | …?welcome=parent |
| Neuro-inclusive | …?welcome=neuro |
| Builder | …?welcome=builder |

After onboard, mesh-start honors the same ?welcome= key when you pass it through (see ground-truth routes.meshStart).

Do not invent live KPIs; use constants, ecosystem glass probes, or real HTTP responses.
If something fails
- Blank or spinning: try another browser; disable strict blockers for p31ca.org.
- Agent or mesh errors: confirm mesh.k4PersonalWorkerUrl in constants matches the Worker you expect; open /api/health.
- SOULSAFE chat: adults only until the household reads docs/SOULSAFE-TETRA-SPEC.md (repo).
- Passkeys: some flows still use a stub; follow AGENTS.md deploy notes.
